Question 1

What is KLERATY and what is The Balanx System™?

Accepted Answer

KLERATY LTD is a Birmingham-based precision skin-tech company on a mission to end Dermal Blindness™, the chronic frustration of treating skin with products built for no one in particular. The Balanx System™ is our proprietary closed-loop AI analysis platform. It uses advanced computer vision via your standard smartphone camera to map your skin surface, identify precise barrier deficits across five key skin markers (texture, tone, pigmentation, hydration and condition) and generate a calibrated 3-product skincare protocol matched specifically to your analysis output. After a 30-day usage cycle, you re-scan and your protocol is dynamically adjusted. No guesswork. No trial and error.

Question 2

Is The Balanx System™ a medical device or clinical assessment tool?

Accepted Answer

No. The Balanx System™ is an advanced cosmetic optimisation and biometric skin-tracking platform. All analysis outputs, barrier integrity scores, and formulation recommendations are cosmetic in nature and are intended to support informed skincare decisions only. The Balanx System™ is not a regulated medical device, does not constitute a clinical dermatologist's assessment, and does not replace professional medical advice. If you have an active clinical skin condition, please consult a qualified dermatologist before using our services.

Question 3

How is KLERATY different from a standard personalised skincare quiz?

Accepted Answer

Conventional personalised skincare tools rely on self-reported answers to subjective questions: your skin type, your concerns, your lifestyle. They guess. The Balanx System™ does not ask questions. Our computer vision AI directly measures what is happening at a biological level in your skin barrier, in real time, from your smartphone camera, and calibrates your protocol accordingly. No two users receive the same output, because no two skin barriers are identical. This is precision analysis, not a quiz.

Question 4

How does the Batch 001 waitlist work?

Accepted Answer

Batch 001 is a strictly limited initial production run of The Balanx System™, comprising the Balanx Biometric Cleanser, Balanx Corrective Serum, and Balanx Barrier Restore Cream, available exclusively to a founding cohort of early adopters. Joining the digital waitlist is free of charge and secures your priority queue position to access The Balanx System™ app and receive a Batch 001 product allocation before general public access opens. Founding cohort members receive priority pricing, direct R&D input access, and lifetime data sovereignty over their dermal biometric profile.

Question 5

Is there any cost or commitment to joining the waitlist?

Accepted Answer

None whatsoever. Joining the Batch 001 waitlist is entirely free of charge and carries no purchase obligation. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Question 6

When will Batch 001 launch?

Accepted Answer

KLERATY LTD is targeting a Q4 2026 launch for Batch 001. Founding cohort waitlist members will be the first to receive launch notification, pricing details, and access to The Balanx System™ analysis protocol ahead of any public release.

Question 7

Is my facial scan and biometric data secure?

Accepted Answer

Data security and user privacy are foundational to KLERATY's operating model. All facial analysis images and biometric data vectors are encrypted in transit and at rest. We operate under a zero-sale data policy. Your dermal biometric profile is never sold, rented, shared, or monetised without your explicit consent. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy and Data Charter at www.kleraty.co.uk/data-charter.

Question 8

Who owns my biometric data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Always. Your biometric data belongs to you and you alone. KLERATY LTD acts as a data processor on your behalf, handling your biometric information strictly to provide your analysis service. You may request full export, correction, or permanent erasure of your data at any time by contacting contact@kleraty.co.uk.

Question 9

Does KLERATY sell data to third parties?

Accepted Answer

Never. KLERATY LTD operates under a strict zero-sale data policy. We do not sell, license, rent, or share your personal or biometric data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or commercial partners under any circumstances. This commitment is enshrined in our Data Charter, published in full at www.kleraty.co.uk/data-charter.

Question 10

What are the three Batch 001 products?

Accepted Answer

Batch 001 comprises three precision formulations engineered to work in sequence within The Balanx System™ analysis protocol: Balanx Biometric Cleanser (150ml): a non-foaming, pH-balanced melting milk cleanser that removes impurities without disrupting the skin's lipid barrier, preparing the skin for AI analysis scanning. Balanx Corrective Serum (30ml): the hero treatment formulation, featuring clinically-backed botanical actives targeting sebum regulation and barrier repair. Lightweight, fast-absorbing, and non-greasy. Balanx Barrier Restore Cream (50ml): a biomimetic lipid replenishment cream that seals in the serum's active compounds, defends against transepidermal water loss, and restores the skin's natural moisture barrier.

Question 11

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All three Batch 001 formulations have been developed with sensitive and barrier-compromised skin as a primary consideration. The formulations contain no harsh sulphates (SLS/SLES), no synthetic fragrance, no parabens, no drying alcohols, and no plastic microbeads. Safety assessments have been conducted by an independent external assessor. The full Batch 001 range has been assessed as suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Question 12

Are the products cruelty-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. KLERATY LTD is committed to cruelty-free product development. No Batch 001 formulations have been tested on animals at any stage of development or manufacturing.
